On a trip to India which included visits to friends in both Mumbai (formally Bombay) and Chennai (formally Madras) and a few days on the beach in Goa, my husband and I both had wonderful authentic Indian full body massages. My masseuse was a local lady with no formal training who worked wonders. My husbands masseur was a gentleman, who we were told had come from a long line of masseurs and whose training had been passed down through generations, his clients included famous actors and those related to Bollywood film industry so his reputation preceded him.
